Why is there so much hate against the New England Revolution? I live in New england and yeah we might not have the best fans in the MLS but thats for a few reasons like the fact that the stadium is in a little town in the middle of almost nowhere... they are the NEW ENGLAND revolution because they represent a whole region not just a single city like every other team so its harder to place the team in an area where they can get a good following. not to mention the fact is that every other sport here in new england is insanely popular so football(soccer) doesnt really fit in plus all the other teams with the exception of the patriots are located in boston. SECONDLY: right now they arent that good and havnt been playing that well but i mean look at their history.... theyve been to the MLS cup like four times, Won the Supaliga, and have won the US open cup. so you cant say that they arent a team with a great track record. What is it about the Revolution that everybody hates? we dont have many fans show up to the game.... Gillette is in a small town between boston and providence so not many people see it as a worthwhile trip. but there are a few pretty good groups in the fan base. the Fort is where youll find them in Gillette...
